The distinctive design is inspired by a 1973 CITIZEN quartz watch. Encapsulating the 50-year journey from quartz to Eco-Drive, this model embodies the evolution of CITIZEN technology and all the possibilities of a new era.

- LWG: The Leather Working Group, a global organization comprised of leather brands, tanners, and chemical companies. The LWG assesses the environmental impact and safety of leather production processes, and certifies tanners that meet its rigorous auditing standards. CITIZEN supports the activities of the Leather Working Group as an LWG member company.
- CRESCENT VERT gemstones are synthetic gemstones developed using KYOCERA’s proprietary technologies, made by carefully recrystallizing the same materials that make up natural gemstones. This process gives them the same crystal grain structure as naturally occurring gemstones. CRESCENT VERT rubies are approximately equivalent to the highest quality natural rubies mined in Myanmar, with superior purity and clarity, and the same captivating crimson color as natural gemstones.
