CO2 Emissions Disclosure
CFP (carbon footprint) is a mechanism to visualise the total amount of greenhouse gases released throughout the lifecycle of a product, from the procurement of raw materials through to disposal and recycling, expressed in terms of units of carbon dioxide.
At CITIZEN L, we make it easy to see the CO₂ emissions created throughout a product’s life cycle by using CFP assessment. This helps us understand which stages produce the most emissions and guides us in reducing them across our supply chain. To give you confidence, our approach to calculating CFP has been independently checked by Mizuho Bank, Ltd. – Mizuho Research Institute.
