The time and date
are incorrect

To set the watch to the
correct time for your region

Set the watch to standard time (not summer time).

Set summer time separately.

  • Pull the crown out 1 step.

  • Check the "Time difference from
    London"     for the overseas region
    for which you want to set the
    time.

> Refer to the time-difference quick reference chart.

● London time is the standard used for global time differences (UTC).

    London"     shown in the quick
    reference chart.

An asterisk (*) indicates a region with no signal reception.

  • Turn the crown to move the
    second hand.

  • Set the second hand to
    the "0 seconds position".

  • 5

  • Push the crown back in to
    complete the process.

The representative region names shown on the watch vary depending on the model.

The time differences built into the watch and the information on the applicable regions are valid for the time when the watch was first released.

To set the watch to summer time
(Daylight Saving Time)

    summer time setting.

    complete the process.

To correct the
reference position

The reference position denotes the hand positions and date setting that are used as a reference for displaying the time and date.

  • 1

  • Pull the crown out 1 step.

  • 2

  • Press and hold the lower-right
    button for at least 5 seconds.
    The hands and date indicationmove
    to the current referenceposition.

  • Pull the crown out 1 more step.

  • 4

  • Turn the crown to set the　hour
    hand to 0 (12-o'clock　position)
    and the date　indication to a
    position midway between 31
    and 1.

The date changes in conjunction with the hour hand.

If you turn the crown quickly, the hour hand continues moving. To stop this, turn the crown just slightly.

  • 5

  • Push the crown back in to
    complete the process.

The watch now shows the current time.

● Once you have finished the settings, set the time and date.

To receive the signal manually

  • Check that the crown is fully
    pushed in.

  • 2

  • Press and hold the lower-right
    button for at least 2 seconds.

  • 3

  • The second hand points to “RX”
    and signal reception begins.

If signal reception succeeds The time is adjusted correctly.
If signal reception fails The time is not adjusted.

Once signal reception is completed, the second hand moves normally again.

It takes between about 2 and 15 minutes for signal reception to complete.

To interrupt signal reception, press and hold the lower-right button for at least 2 seconds.

To set the time and
date manually

  • Pull the crown out 2 steps.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    button. The second hand points
    to 0 seconds.

  • Turn the crown to set the
    minutes.

The second and minute hands move synchronously.

If you turn the crown quickly, the minute and second hands continue moving. To stop this, turn the crown just slightly.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    button.

  • 5

  • Turn the crown to set the time
    and date.

The date changes as the hour hand moves.

The date changes when the hour hand reaches 12:00 am.
