To correct the reference position

The reference position refers to the position of the hands and the date indication used as a reference for displaying the time and date.

  • Pull the crown out 1 step.

  • 2

  • Press and hold the lower-right
    button for at least 5 seconds.
    The hands and date indication
    move to the current reference
    position.

  • Pull the crown out 1 more step.

  • 4

  • Turn the crown to set the hour
    hand to 0 (12-o'clock position)
    and the date indication to a
    position midway between 31
    and 1.

The date changes as the hour hand moves.

If you turn the crown quickly, the hour hand continues moving. To stop this, turn the crown just slightly.

  • Press and release the lower-
    right button.

The hands may not move if they are already in the correct position.

  • 6

  • Turn the crown to move the
    minute and second hands to 0
    (12-o'clock position).

The hands may not move if they are already in the correct position.

If you turn the crown quickly, the minute and second hands continue moving. To stop this, turn the crown just slightly.

  • 7

  • Push the crown back in to
    complete the process.

The watch now shows the current time.
