Modes of this watch
The digital indication (R) of this watch has eight modes as follows.

Times of the UTC indication and the analog indication do not change even when the mode changed.

Shows time of the area currently chosen. Time setting of the digital indication (R) is also executed in this mode. |

Shows calendar of the area currently chosen. Calendar setting is also execute in this mode. |

Mode for using the timer. You cannot execute signal reception in this mode. |
| CHR |  |
Mode for using the chronograph. Check and adjustment of the reference position of the analog indication is also executed in this mode. You cannot execute signal reception in this mode. |

Changes show/hide setting of areas of world time and executes setting of the summer time function. You cannot execute signal reception in this mode. |
| AL-1 |  |
Mode for setting the alarm. Alarm time can be set separately for [AL-1] and [AL-2]. You cannot execute signal reception in this mode. |
| AL-2 |  |

Executes settings of signal reception and the automatic summer time switching function. |
