To use the alarm

You can set 2 alarms.

  • Switch to Alarm mode.

  • Press and hold the center-right
    button for at least 2 seconds.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    or upper-right button to select
    alarm 1 or alarm 2.

  • Press and release the
    center-right button to confirm
    the selected alarm.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    or upper-right button to select
    whether an alarm tone will sound.

    • Select alarm mode
    • Sound only once
    • Sound repeatedly on a specified day
    • No alarm tone

To set the alarm to sound just once at 7:20 am Tokyo time

    whether an alarm tone will sound.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    or upper-right button to select
    the region.

Hold down the button to continuously change between regions.

    the selected region.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    or upper-right button to change
    the time when the alarm sounds.

Hold down the button to continuously change the number.

Press and release the center-right button to confirm the selected time.

“SETTING COMPLETE” appears and alarm setting is complete.

The watch now shows the current time.

When the set time is reached, the alarm tone sounds for 15 seconds.

Press and release any button to stop the tone.

To check the alarm tone

Hold down the lower-right or upper-right button.

Hold down the lower-right button to play the tone for alarm 1.

Hold down the upper-right button to play the tone for alarm 2.

To set the alarm to sound repeatedly every Saturday at 7:20 am Tokyo time
