To switch from Time and calendar mode to Timer mode

  • 1

  • Press and release the
    center-right button.

The LCD changes from dark to light.

  • Press and release the lower-right
    or upper-right button to select
    the mode.

  • Press and release the
    center-right button to confirm
    the selected mode.

The LCD changes back from light to dark and the watch switches to the selected mode.

After 5 seconds, the watch automatically switches to the currently displayed mode.
