Cannot execute pairing, synchronization or update.
Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.
|Power reserve of the watch is small.||Charge the watch.|
|The dedicated app does not start.||Confirm that the dedicated app has been started up.|
|Distance between the watch and the smartphone is too large.||Set the watch near the smartphone.|
|There is some problem on settings of the smartphone.||Confirm that your smartphone is connected with the Internet.
Check the settings Bluetooth® and positional information of the smartphone and the dedicated app.
|Cannot connect the watch and the smartphone.||When they were paired once, cancel the pairing and remove “Citizen Connected HR” on the Bluetooth® setting of the smartphone.
After that, execute pairing again.
