Pairing

Cannot execute pairing, synchronization or update.

Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

CauseRemedies
Power reserve of the watch is small.Charge the watch.
The dedicated app does not start.Confirm that the dedicated app has been started up.
Distance between the watch and the smartphone is too large.Set the watch near the smartphone.
There is some problem on settings of the smartphone. Confirm that your smartphone is connected with the Internet.
Check the settings Bluetooth® and positional information of the smartphone and the dedicated app.
Cannot connect the watch and the smartphone.When they were paired once, cancel the pairing and remove “Citizen Connected HR” on the Bluetooth® setting of the smartphone.
After that, execute pairing again.
