Notification/alarm

No notifications come.

Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

CauseRemedies
Power reserve of the watch is small.Charge the watch.
The dedicated app does not start.Confirm that the dedicated app has been started up.
Distance between the watch and the smartphone is too large.Set the watch near the smartphone.
Notification settings of the dedicated app are incorrect.Check the notification setting on [NOTIFICATIONS] on the [Alerts] screen of the dedicated app.
[Do Not Disturb] is activated on the settings on the watch.Notifications may be blocked when [Do Not Disturb] is not set to [ALWAYS OFF].
Notification settings on the smartphone has not been executed.Give permission for notifications on the smartphone.
