Connection

I registered and used a smartphone but I cannot connect the watch with it now.

1. Check the power reserve of the watch.

Watching a video

Charge the watch until level 2 when the power reserve level is "1" or lower.

!

You cannot connect the watch with the smartphone when the power reserve level of the watch is "0".

  1. Pull the crown out to position 1.
  2. The second hand points to 30 seconds and stops.

  3. Rotate the crown to change the mode to [TME].
  4. Push the crown in to position 0.
  5. Press the lower right button A repeatedly to make the function hand indicate power reserve.

2. Check connection environment.

Confirm that the distance between the watch and smartphone is within 10 m (33 feet) and no obstruction of communication exists between them.

The watch has a limit of consecutive connection with the smartphone (normally 6 hours). Check the setting of connection time extension on the app.

Check whether Bluetooth is turned on on your smartphone.

3. Cancel the notification indication of the watch.

    !

    The second hand showing notification indication does not return to normal movement until the indication is canceled.

    !

    The manually canceled notification cannot be shown again.

  1. Press and hold the lower right button A or the upper right button B for 1 second while notification is indicated.
  2. The notification indication is canceled and the second hand returns to normal movement.

    !

    Changing the position of the crown also cancels the notification indication.

4. Connect the watch with the smartphone.

  1. Press and release the upper right button B.
  2. The second hand points "ACT" (40-second position) and, after connection, the function hand points "ON" of connection status.


    When connection failed, registration information which is different from the one registered for the phone may be chosen. In that case, switch registration information and try to connect again.

5. Check registration information.

  1. Start the dedicated app.
  2. Check "Paring info" on the app to see registration information.

6. Switch registration information and connect the watch with the smartphone.

Watching a video

  1. Pull the crown out to position 2.
  2. The second hand points the registration information currently chosen and the function hand indicates connection status (ON/OFF).

  3. Rotate the crown to choose registration information of the smartphone to connect with.
  4. !

    Each time you rotate the crown, the second hand moves as follows:
    "1 o'clock" → "2 o'clock" → "3 o'clock" → (back to the top)

  5. Push the crown in to position 0.
  6. Press and release the upper right button B.
  7. The second hand points "ACT" (40-second position) and, after connection, the function hand points "ON" of connection status.


When connection failed, remove all the registration information and try registration again following "Cannot register the first smartphone".
