CITIZEN is exhibiting at BASELWORLD 2012, the world’s largest watch and jewellery exhibition, held from March 8th to March 15th 2012. This is CITIZEN’s 27th appearance at BASELWORLD since 1986, with an array of compelling products based on “The Fusion of Technology and Beauty”, highly appraised worldwide.

In recent years, CITIZEN has focused on products that fuse innovative design with its proprietary Eco-Drive technology that powers watches wherever there is light. The concept models that have been exhibited since 2009 are proof of CITIZEN’s pursuit of the Eco-Drive concept, an indication of CITIZEN’s future watchmaking, and a symbol of the brand’s untiring dedication to turning an innovative concept into an actual product.

At BASELWORLD 2012, CITIZEN unveils two new concept models, displaying Eco-Drive innovations in ladies timepieces, and making for a thrilling encounter with Eco-Drive that is sure to be remembered. These Eco-Drive watches for ladies not only captures and turn light into the energy to power watches, but also emit light of their own in a unique and dramatic way. Our presentation at BASELWORLD 2012 will once again convey the sophistication of the CITIZEN brand and the ongoing appeal of Eco-Drive.
