A Dial Imbued with Japanese Aesthetic Sensibility

Distinctively Japanese motifs, such as ichimatsu (checkered pattern) and asanoha (hemp leaf) patterns, have been elevated into a modern dial design.
It’s tradition, reimagined not as mere decoration, but as a symbol of living in the present with conviction.
Sharp Design with Crisp, Well-Defined Edges

Inspired by traditional Japanese “kumiki” woodworking technique, the case adopts a multi‑part construction, allowing each component to be individually finished with carefully differentiated metal treatments.
Furthermore, the use of a coarse hairline finish results in a sharp design with crisp, well-defined edges.
Authentic yet modern, its linear composition lends it a refined character that resonates deeply with the wearer.

The movement—the very heart of the watch—is manufactured at Citizen’s Iida-Tonooka Plant in Nagano Prefecture.
