A. Check the OS of your PC. Since an OS for Aqualand Graph Nx is applicable for Windows98, Windows 98SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000, or WindowsXP, if the OS of your PC is not one of those, Aqualand Graph Nx may not run normally.

A. The resource of your PC is insufficient. Finish the application software in operation other than Aqualand Graph Nx, then start up Aqualand Graph Nx again.

Q. Some data have been stored just after Aqualand Graph Nx is installed. What are they?
A. They are sample data. If you do not need them, delete them or change the file location for the log saved folder.

Q. Can I use more than one watch simultaneously with a single software?
A. Yes, you can. Since Aqualand Graph Nx is able to distinguish the identification numbers of individual watches when receiving data from a watch, the data of each watch can be distinguished with the diver's name on the diving list display. However, in the case of managing the individual data of each watch, you have to designate a different file location to which log data is saved prior to each time data is received.

Q. Some of the data sent from my watch is displayed in red. What does this mean?
A. Data is displayed in red as a result of reference values being shown for dive time, out time, maximum depth, average depth and minimum water temperature when the log is no longer able to be recorded during diving due to the watch being insufficiently charged.

Q. The Dive Locations, Dive Site, etc. are filled while I have not edited the Log.
A. If you set "Initial Definition" in "Customized Items", "Fixed Items", or "Dive Locations" under "Preferences" of the menu bar, they are input automatically when the logs are transferred from the watch. You can edit them in "Edit Log".

Q. After I received data from the watch, nothing was displayed on the diving list.
A. Main Window is in Album Display Mode. Select "Switch to log list" under "Display" of the menu bar or click the icon left to the Main Display icon left to the combo box to switch to log list display.

Q. The water temperature data is not displayed in Graph.
A. The water temperature data is recorded every 5 minutes. Accordingly, it is not recorded if the diving time is shorter than 5 minutes. Even if the diving time is longer than 5 minutes, if the EL button is pushed in the same timing as recording of the water temperature, the water temperature is not recorded.

Q. The "Dive Time" displayed in the Log Display Area is not equal to the difference between the "Time Out" and "Time In".
A. The "Dive Time" is the total time during you are diving deeper than 1m. If you ascend to the depth sallower than 1m at the middle of the diving, dive time stops its count. "Time In" is the time you dive deeper than 1m for the first time for that diving. "Time Out" is the time you ascend shallower than 1m. If you descend deeper than 1m within 10 minutes, however, the "Time Out" is reset and it is registered again when you ascend shallower than 1m.

Q. Dive No. is blank in the log data received from my watch.
A. The possible cause is as follows.
